We will guide you through the entire process of buying real estate with no stress. Your personal broker will take care of you at all times - from the time we receive a request to the handover of the keys. Our colleagues speak Czech, English, French and Russian.

The commission for our services is 0 to 3% plus VAT, depending on the property. We represent proven developers; in this case, buyers receive all our services without any fees or commissions.

Cooperation steps

Request

After we receive your request, you will be assigned a personal broker who will contact you and provide additional information about the requested property and financing options, or arrange a personal meeting at the office or a tour. If you haven't chosen a property yet, after hearing your requirements and priorities the broker will offer you real estate that meets your requirements.

Tour

The broker will personally give you a tour of the property, or guide you through a virtual 3D tour. If you have selected several properties, he will arrange all tours by company car at a time that suits you.

Reservation

If you are interested, we will reserve the property for you orally, discuss the conditions and prepare a reservation contract, and arrange financing and safekeeping of funds. We naturally also provide tax and legal consultancy.

Signing of the contract

After the documentation is approved, we will sign the contract, submit the documents to the cadastre and arrange the transfer of rights. 

If the property is under construction, the broker will help you select standards and regularly inform you of the construction progress. If you are interested, he will arrange an inspection of the property for technical pre-acceptance testing. All contracts with the developer are inspected by our legal department, which will ensure the protection of your interests.

Handover of the property

After registration in the cadastre, we will give you the keys, help with the transfer of utilities and other necessary matters. If you are interested, we can take over the property, arrange the furniture, find a solvent tenant and take the burden associated with the operation of a property onto ourselves.
