Central Group will Сonstruct a Residential Area in Prague 6, Which will Include Buildings with a Vertical Park
Central Group has owned land near Liboce and Ruzyně for many years with an area of 155 000 square meters. The company is currently using this space as a warehouse. However, the dense truck traffic and noise from the industrial area will soon be transformed into a quiet, comfortable and the largest residential area in Prague 6 with first-class architecture.
The urban concept of the whole area is designed by the best architects such as Eva Jiřičná, Petr Vágner, Jakub Cigler and others. This project has already received the support of Prague 6, The Institute of Planning and Development of the City of Prague (IPR) and the Prague City Hall. Currently, the urban plan of this area is being changed from manufacturing areas to mixed use.
