VESSAN Reality received the award Homes Overseas Russian Awards 2018
The official awarding ceremony of the Homes Overseas Russian Awards 2018 was held in the GR Hall of the Moscow Golden Ring Hotel. Within the framework of the Award, there were awarded the best foreign development projects and real estate agencies presented on the Russian market. The award was held for the fourth time by the leading Internet portal about foreign real estate HomesOverseas.ru.
An independent professional jury selected the best out of all the declared projects and agencies by a 2-stage selection: 12 projects and 6 agencies. All of them were awarded the "Best Project in their country" and "Recommended agency in their country". Then the finalists competed among themselves in the framework of thematic nominations. By rating voting, the Jury evaluated every finalist according to a number of different criteria. In addition, independent experts and attracted secret buyers participated in the assessment. According to the sum of points, there we determined the winners of thematic nominations, holders of special prizes and the main award of the Grand Prix in the categories "Best Agency" and "Best Project".
In the "Best Agency" category there were 6 agencies from Germany, Spain, Portugal, Turkey and the Czech Republic, that received the awards of the "Recommended Agency in their country". The best client-oriented agency was the Excluzival Group company (Turkey). The award for the best Internet marketing was awarded the real estate agency “Estate Barcelona” (Spain). According to the decision of the Jury, the Czech agency Vessan Reality became the winner of the Grand Prix in this category.
The ceremony was attended by representatives of the winning companies: foreign developers and real estate agencies, heads of leading Russian real estate agencies, industry experts, representatives of the media partners of the Award.
